Never Cheating On your Letterhead Printing

Creating letterheads may look easy to do, but in professional letterhead printing this is not a good reason to cheat on its details. Letterheads basically introduce you and your company or department to the world (or more crucially to important people that will matter to your business). If you do not make the best color letterhead you can produce and cheat on its production, you may well face the consequences of a bad or misunderstood business image.

So if you are in the habit of letting go and cheating on the details of letterhead printing, let me give you a few tips on what NOT to cheat on to at least help you out make good letterheads.

' Don't use templates only ' While letterhead templates can be quite useful as the foundation of letterhead design, you should not be lazy and cheat by just using only that. Templates are meant to be things you can build upon. You should add your own design touches and even edit a few other elements of the template to really make your letterhead design on your own. Doing this will give you a far better design that is original and should make your color letterheads more memorable

' Don't be lazy with your images ' You should also not cheat on your letterhead images. Don't just use low resolution black and white scans of the images and logos you will be using. This will not really turn out quite right when you come to letterhead printing. The best way is to create or take a full color photograph of the image you want in high resolution.
